When are disbursements?
– Disbursements are deposited between the 10th and 15th of the month.
How do I view my financial statements and property documents?
– You can view all statements in the owner portal located at the top of the page. Once logged in, proceed to access your financial statements and documents in your account.
How do I contact California Curb Appeal about an issue I am having?

What do I do if I am having an issue logging into my owner portal?

What do I do if I want to sell a property that California Curb Appeal is managing for me?
– CCA also provides brokerage services to help you sell or buy property. We will offer you our best in class marketing services to help get your property sold for top dollar. Our team of knowledgable agents can also help you find your next property! If you are selling or plan to sell a property that California Curb Appeal manages, please give us 90 days notice by contacting us via our Contact Page or by using your Appfolio Owner Portal login.
