Professor Bobbi Albano left her career as a member of the Accounting and Finance Team for Loma Linda University in the early 2000’s, hell-bent on launching her dream of selling real estate. Her fun videos, quirky “movie trailers” and creative marketing strategies focused on her properties generated over 65 million dollars in sales since then. Soon thereafter, she decided she wanted to earn an MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship to take the dream even higher.
Just before graduating from CSUSB, she launched her first company; California Curb Appeal Real Property Specialists.
Since 2017, her corporation has grown from a two-employee operation to one that supports 19 team members and their families, and now includes divisions and specialists in: business, land, rental, and investment acquisitions, as well as a property and community management arm that oversees more than 330 properties!
Finally, Bobbi has been recognized for her efforts, business model, and service to the region by: Cal State San Bernardino, Century 21, The American Advertising Federation, Cedar House Life-change Center, The Children’s Fund of San Bernardino County, and…The Ontario Reign-when they hosted “California Curb Appeal Night!”
